              A:

              It sounds like the tank to bowl gasket is not being fully compressed. I would check to make sure that the top of the bowl and bottom of the tank are fully mated together. If the tank got overtightened it may have cracked the tank. If everything looks ok, call into the warranty / technical line to receive a replacement gasket.

            I bought this toilet a month ago and it was installed by a professional. Recently we started noticing that it makes a false flushing noise every 5-10 minutes or so. I lifted the tank lid and waited to see what happens inside. And it appeared that from the black tower type of thing that has Fluidmaster written on it keeps sprays bit of water within the tank and that's what makes that noise. Can you help?
