      How do you tighten the toilet seat on a model 4000 79, water flow 4.8/1.28??

        A:

        The seat for the model number the question is associated with is a normal seat that attaches from underneath the rim of the toilet. The 4000 tank is used on the unexposed trapway bowls, so the seat is a top mount seat that is tightened from above the toilet.

        You can look at our Cadet 3 units they are available with a 10" rough in and the trapyway has a
        2 1/8" opening.

        In independent testing, the 1.6 gpf Cadet3 had a flush rating of 800 grams of bulk solid removal, versus 600 grams for the 1.28 version.

      Just installed a Cadet 3 1.28 flowise. Flushes good but a lot more quickly ( seems like 50% faster) than my 1.6 Cadet 3. Is this normal? Thanks
