    Wont flush from handle only when you take lid off and manually lift arm. Everything is attached but it just stopped flushing from handle

      A:

      Please ensure the chain attached to the trip lever is properly adjusted. If there is too much slack in the chain, this will cause the toilet to not flush properly. The not be more than approximately 1/4" slack in the chain.
