    What exactly is meant by "right height" ...

    when different Right Height models have different heights?

    AND

    when some models not listed as "right height" are higher in height?

    (I guess I thought that people with back problems would have less difficulty with higher toilets.)

      A:

      Right Height indicates that a toilet meets ADA requirements, which means the toilet is 17-19" once the toilet seat is installed. Our right height toilets are 16 1/2" from the floor to the rim of the bowl. If you are having trouble figuring out if a toilet is right height or not, please contact customer service at 1-800-442-1902.

    How can I increase the amount of water left in the bowl after a flush on my Cadet 3 toilet?

      A:

      Assuming the refill tube is inserted into the overflow inside the tank, there is not a way to increase the water level in the bowl. The water surface area in your bowl should be approximately 9" x 8".
