  • Q:

    I am having an issue where the amount of water metered out per flush cycle is minimal, as if a valve is not opening fully to allow enough water to pass. The sensor recognizes and performs the flush perectly, only the amount of water per flush has diminished substantially. Should I replce the solenoid? (the unit has worked flawlessly for many years to this point - I love it!!)

      Try removing the solenoid and flushing the manifold. The is also a strainer on the manifold the may have debris in it.

      A:

      The flushing aparatus is inside of the product. There is no external Flush valve that you would typically see on top of a urinal. This urinal has everything all in one. The top of the unit has a sensor housing that allows you to access the mechanism.
