      There would be no minimum or maximum distance required if not wanting to meet a certain code.

      It All depends on what code book you read. IAPMO says 24 on center, however, in California, Title 24 says 30 inch on center or 15 inch from any wall or divider. If at all possible, I would make them all 30 inches.
