Comments about American Standard Laminated Marble Console Top for Vessel Sinks:

I bought this top along with other American Standard furniture and I am completely dissapointed with all of the products I have. This top for example has stained from toothpaste being left on the counter all day. It has also discolored from the hand soap pump. I feel this top if "laminated" shouldnt be discolored from something simple as toothpaste.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Merchant response: Dear Valued Customer:
Clean the surface by rubbing in the direction of the grain. Use polishes that contain detergents, emulsifiers and mineral oil. Avoid using silicone cleaners and waxes.

Clean up excess water and spills immediately. Use a blotting rather than a wiping action. Water left over a long period of time will cause white spots in the finish.
