About This Product

This Colony® System 1 Whirlpool features 6 fully adjustable jets powered by a 1.25 HP single-speed pump/motor for an invigorating massage, plus fiberglass-reinforced acrylic construction for superior strength. Includes a deck-mounted On/Off control plus 1 silent air-volume control.

    I found all the features I am looking for in a tub in model 2425LC-LHO020. It has a heater, 8 jets, is 5 ft by 32 in, adjustable jets, a 70 gallon capacity, and a depth of 17.5 inches. The problem is that I need a drop in model. Can you recommend a tub with these features that is a drop in?

  • Q:

    What is the best way to clean the tub?

    I also noticed that after washing my childrens hair we started the whirlpool up and it creates quite a bit of bubbles.. Will this harm the pump in any way?

    Other than creating lots of bubbles will bubble bath hurt the pump?

      Hi Andy,

      The Colony whirlpools do not accept our inline whirlpool heater. If you are looking for an affordable whirlpool that does accept a heater, you may want to consider the Cadet 2770.018WC 5'x32" EverClean whirlpool, or the Evolution 2422VC EverClean whirlpool. Both of these models will accept the inline whirlpool heater model 9075.120.

    I have exactly 60" for a tub. Will this fit? I want to use a granite surround on top of the tub. I can't tell if this one will work.

    I want a whirlpool tub to fit in this space, so if you have other ideas please let me know.

      Hi Janet,

      I would not recommend the Colony 2675 whirlpool to undermount in a 60" opening. The tub deck is very narrow at the head and foot, so the granite surface would be very thin and prone to cracking.

      An excellent option for this application would be the 2422V Evolution 5x32 whirlpool, which isa more consistent deck width and is designed for undermount installation.
