    where is the motor located

      A:

      The motors are always located at the short end of the tub opposite the drain. It is the only place it will fit and there are no alternate locations. Thank you, 1-800-442-1902 options 1, 1 & 1

  • Q:

    I have an Evolution 5' x 32" EverClean Deep Soak Whirlpool, which was installed about 6 months ago. Recently, bits of black stuff has been coming out of the jets. It's thin tiny flakes and could either be plastic or mold. Assuming it is mold, I've run bleach through the system twice now. The black bits are still coming out. Could this be something other than mold?

      How do I clean the circulation system of my jetted tub?
      Once every month the circulating system must be purged and cleaned.

      Follow the steps outlined below:
      1. Fill whirlpool with warm water and add two teaspoons of powdered automatic dishwasher (not laundry) detergent and one-half cup of household bleach to filled whirlpool.
      2. Activate whirlpool system in accordance with operating instructions and run system for two minutes.
      3. Drain and refill whirlpool with cold water. Circulate for five minutes.
      4. Drain whirlpool completely after step 3 (above) is completed.

      Yes by using the 751755-100 Universal Tile Bead Kit to give you a ledge on the three sides of the tub that but against the wall. The 9260.018 Apron will fit that tub. Thanks.

  • Q:

    there is a knob on BOTH sides of the tub and are supposed to turn. One of the knobs has broken off -- and fortunately, it is accessible by removing the front panel of this tub. But I see nothing to attach the know to.

    Can you please advise how to fix this round knob?
