Vice President, Marketing and Omni Channel Business Development
John Gillespie is the vice president, marketing and omni channel business development for LIXIL Americas in the US domestic markets. His responsibilities include strategic development and execution of customer experience management across retail, wholesale and e-commerce, demand creation initiatives, cross-channel programming, product commercialization as well as brand education and training. Gillespie also is responsible for emerging market and business development activities across channels.
Gillespie has extensive experience in brand development, market penetration and emerging market development in business-to-business and business-to-consumer organizations. He initially joined LIXIL as vice president of marketing, overseeing all trade-based marketing programs in the wholesale division.
Prior to that Gillespie was director of corporate marketing at Ferguson Enterprises, the largest wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies and pipe, valves and fittings in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Gillespie culminated a 25-year career with Anheuser-Busch as vice president of marketing, after holding roles of increasing responsibility within their sales and marketing groups.
Gillespie received a B.S. in business administration from Christopher Newport University.
