    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Handspray! Love the magnetic connection for hand spray- feels very secure and holds very well. Operation of the thumb lever for spray selection is a little glitch, not sure about long term operation. Installed in fiberglass shower enclosure. I need to get an extended shower are to keep the spray hose attachment off the top of the enclosure because it projects 1- 1/2" from wall face.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great! Have been gone and so waited until this past weekend to install the shower head. Unfortunately my shower plumbing was not compatible with your product. See Photo. I will talk to my plumber and see if we can alter the incoming spigot. If I can mount it I will review it again afterwards I looks like the best of two shower heads>. Sorry if I can't install it at all I will contact you for returning it.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, nice showerhead but... I replaced a Moen large rain shower head. This is easier to use with the magnetic handle and the thumb toggle to change spray pattern is also nice. The large surface area when the fixed head is on is about the same as I had before except the pressure out of the handheld doesn't seem as strong as the fixed section. The install didn't specify which end of the hose goes to which connection as the hose ends were different and the nut end didn't have many threads and a rather thick rubber washer making it somewhat difficult to tighten up. Also the hose connects to the lower back part of head and this makes the hose hit the wall of the shower. It's also almost impossible to tighten the plastic head nut to the house water pipe without damaging it. I had to wrap it with a washcloth to tighten. Regardless, despite these little issues, it does do what it's supposed to do once installed and it's an easy to operate unit. I will likely leave it in handheld mode to get better pressure.

The wide head allows for a wide stream of water without it expanding to spray outside of the shower when I turn it on. The handle is magnetic and putting it up or grabbing it down is easier than any other product I've used.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from it sure puts out the water when i received this item, i thought wow this thing is huge. easy to install, puts out a ton of water or you can turn it down too a little. has many functions. The hand held wand is my first and i will always have one from here on out. the only drawback i can see is the head is so big that most common accessories holder will not fit around it, unless you apply them before you attach the shower head, with that being said when you do attach the accessories holder the hand held wand's cord hit's it and doesn't want to stay in it's magnetic holder..I have had a hard time finding a holder that will work with this wand.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great head but Faulty Spray Selector We have had our for a couple months now. The magnet is powerful and the pressure is great on the wand. You lose a little bit of pressure when you engage both the head and the wand which is to be expected. However, the thumb switch to change the spray pattern on the wand is faulty. I feel the resistance sometimes and it switches. Then it’s really loose, no resistance, and it won’t change to another setting going left or right. I was finally able to get it back in the typical shower pattern and I’m afraid to switch it to something else in fear that i won’t be able to get it back. Which defeats the purpose of having multiple spray options.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too wide. It doesn't bend or rotate completely, so the water goes outside of the standard tub. It hits the wall and the shower curtain, instead of pointing on the tub. It's too wide, so the water goes out of the tub from the side as well. Not easy to turn the knob in order to use other functions.

This makes the product useless. Also, the head leaks if you toggle between the shower head and the sprayer.
