I need to flush more than once to clear the bowl.

  1. Repeat the previous steps until the toilet flushes properly.
    Note: If the toilet starts to run after you adjust the actuator, it means the actuator is too high and needs to be adjusted back down.

  2. If it's still not working, please contact American Standard.
