The water runs and will not shut off.

Now the actuator is too low.

  1. Remove the lid and turn the actuator counterclockwise to bring it back up.
  2. Repeat this process until everything works properly.

Remember that if the water runs when the lid is on, that means the actuator is too high. If it does not flush properly, that means the actuator is too low.
