Love the sink, not so much the faucet.
The double sized sink is great! I had a double sink before, but both sides were the same size. This American Standard features two different size basins and I love them! Never thought having different sizes would matter, but they do! As for the facet....original one failed within a couple months, get a free replacement very quickly (which was great) but it too failed. Wouldn't switch from stream to spray. I'm currently on my 3rd one and keeping my fingers crossed.

Great Sink Combination
I really like the American Standard sink I chose for my remodel. The faucet is beyond what I expected. The finish of the faucet and the sink is beautiful. My one complaint is the sink is rusting already. When I called customer service they said wipe the sink down with an olive oil or something. This is a new sink. I shouldn’t have to seal it with olive oil...

Nice design, Good value..
I purchased this sink and faucet combo at Costco about year ago at a very good price, I have several items in my house that are American Standard, love the brand. The sink has held up nicely and the faucet is also a nice design. Today the faucet got stuck on spray and will not switch over, I notice other people online have the same problem. I called American Standard and they were very pleasant to work with and will take care of the problem, they are sending replacement parts for this
problem.

Looks nice installed. Plumbing changes due to offset center and sink depths'. Had a partially blocked quick connect to the sprayer line from the beginning.Water pressure never seemed high enough so I called service. I received a replacement hose and sprayer. It works great now. Had great customer service and ninja fast replacement parts.

All good, except the faucet
We bought this at Costco, great price! Was a little hard to install, the clips aren't really the best, but, it looks fabulous and I love how deep the tubs are. But.... that faucet, it won't make a straight stream, one way is sprayer, but the other makes a partial sprayer with a straight stream in the middle, this can't be right. So, how do I get a new head for the faucet that works right? We have only had it in for a couple of days, so I can't comment on how it will hold up.

Good Product and Very Functional
Saw this Sink/Faucet combo at Costco, and thought it looked nice and was priced reasonably. After doing some comparison shopping and research, I decided to call the company to ask about concerns raised in the review section. The company notified me that the faucet concerns had been addressed and that they no longer used a generic faucet from China any longer, but used one of their American Standard faucet, now included with the kit. Had a professional install it, did have to buy some additional parts for the changing of the piping below the sink. The clips were hard to find, but are located underneath the sink, which is not stated in the installation manual. As for the kit itself, so far it has worked wonderfully, and am happy with the purchase up to now. Only time will tell if this sink/faucet combo kit is all they say it is. The sink seems sturdy, 18 gauge is okay, the depth of sinks is what was important to me, and am happy with it. The design is cool, and kind of basic actually, like a smaller version of a sink you might find in a commercial restaurant,
and the faucet is larger than it appears in the photo on the box. Only a in store display will do it justice. If you are in the market for a new sink and faucet, then this would be a nice purchase for your home, and possibly even for a gift.

Great value
I installed this last weekend. Not too bad except for the screwy "clips" that secure it to the counter top. They obviously were not designed for my old laminate counter top. Took a couple of hours on my back to get them in. Poor design. The only other complaint I have is with the faucet. The water sort of splatters out, rather than coming out in a clean stream. Also, the water volume/pressure is lacking. Otherwise I like the sink a lot and the price ($189) can't be beat. I found a comparable sink at Lowes (18 guage and pretty much the same shape) for $340, and that was WITHOUT a faucet!

Routine defect
I absolutely trust the brands that COSTCO puts on their shelves and never have any issues with those products. In so, I was excited about this new sink as we were remodeling our kitchen. We did explore other sinks, but felt this was the best and at that it was American Standard, which my family has always been a faithful consumer of. For the second time now, in just over 16 months, the faucet has got stuck on the spray mode and for a few seconds will not even spray out once turned on. Like before, it got stuck on the spray mode and I was never able to get it to return to the stream. The stream is the mode we prefer, but happy to have the option of the spray mode. Nonetheless, I was able to have it replaced approximately just under a year from purchasing it, and now here we are again. Its unfortunate that it is installed, glued, and fashioned for our countertop and kitchen. Considering redoing with a new sink and alternate brand, however I am willing to give American Standard another chance as there may have been some improvement to the faucet (as many reviews/issues are similar to this one.) or a recall to replace an new and improved faucet. I have contacted customer service, but had a long wait time of over 45 mins. I will make another attempt in hopes that they are fulfilling and welcoming to resolve this issue as they did the time before. Nonetheless, if they do not, Costco is willing to take the whole unit back with a full refund.

Great Sink, not so great faucet.
I bought this sink/faucet combo at Costco a few months ago. It looks great, and was easy to install, but 2 weeks ago the faucet got stuck on spray mode, and it won't just pour water. It makes the whole sink useless.

Sprayer head keeps breaking
We have had this sink for 15 months. We have replaced the sprayer head once already & we are going to have to do it again. The first time when we would switch over to the sprayer we couldn’t get it to switch back to a steady stream. It is starting to do the same thing again! The replacement heads aren’t cheap either. I am starting to think it would have been better to buy a different sink & faucet. I love the look but wouldn’t recommend due to all the issues with the sprayer head.

Good sink, not so good faucet!
After one year of use the sink is doing very well. The DIY install was slow due to the anchor bolts that required additional notching to make it fit my opening.
I really liked the pull down spray until it stopped working. It would not restore to solid stream on its own. I was able to get back to the solid stream after some fiddling with it. I no longer use the spray because of this, afraid that I would damage the head. I have tried to locate a part number for the sprayer head and have not found one. I am thinking there may be a weak return spring in the head, but was unable to disassemble enough to find out for sure without a backup head, just in case.

Easily scratches compared to S/S sink removed
Looks nice and faucet modern -but sink has mild rust and scratches easily. We removed a 20 year old dented stainless sink which had no corrosion or scratching problems. The steel in this sink must be a softer and use less alloys that prevent rust. At $200 the price is good-but the quality has been downgraded. Sink has been installed for 6 months now. We are extra careful now using this sink and clean up any splashes on sink with a soft cloth quickly before they dry to prevent mild rust stains.

Would not buy again
I'm calling now to get my fourth replacement sprayer head (I bought this sink faucet combo less than three years ago). Yes, AS replaces the sprayer for free under the warranty but really this is a major inconvenience. As others have noted, after a few months the sprayer won't switch back and forth between steady stream and spray and just gets stuck on one mode or the other. Also this faucet has an extremely weak stream of water. I do not have problems with water pressure in my house but it sure seems like it when you are using this sink. Everyone who uses the sink/faucet comments on it and offers to try to fix it. No way to fix it without replacing the faucet. The sink has held up well so far. I like the size and the aesthetics of the design. Obviously the function is seriously lacking.

Yes, faucet stops working properly within the year
I read the reviews for this product, but still purchased it from Costco. I was hopeful that the faucet would not break like others experienced since the sink was a good value and attractive. It was easy to install, but just as other reviews said, in less than a year, the faucet stuck in spray mode (which is the worst mode to have it stick in since it sprays everywhere and takes forever to fill up pots, etc.) The first time it stuck on spray we just kept pushing the button and it went to regular flow again. From there on my husband and I were very careful to NEVER push the button to change the mode back to sprayer. Unfortunately, we had a babysitter come over and when she did the dishes, she used the spray function. It has stuck on spray and we have never been able to get it back to the regular flow. I will be contacting customer service for warranty repair or replacement of the faucet. Hopefully, like others who reviewed this faucet, American Standard will send the necessary repair parts - (or a new faucet since others have stated that the replacement sprayer has also had the same problem - I really hope they have fixed the issue!)
On another note, the sink itself seems to be doing well. I like the size and shape. I have not had a rust problem that others have mentioned.

Had issues after 6 months
I bought this combo almost 2 years ago and after 8 months the sprayer stopped working in both modes. It was stuck in the multiple/fast stream mode. I removed it and tried to use CLR on it but it did not work. I read other reviews online and they had similiar issues. The model American Standard made for Costco was very cheap and I would not buy their brand from Costco again. For the most part American Standard is pretty expensive and I should have known the price was too good to be true. The sink it came with is discoloring as well and does not look very good after about a year too. You get what you pay for.

Nice Sink but beware of faucet
After less than a year of use the faucet head stopped functioning properly. I stays stuck on the shower and won't return to single stream spray. I have "operated" on it several times and it will sometimes work properly for a little while then goes back to its old tricks.

Love the sink, but faucet already broke
I bought this from Costco in late 2016, and love the sink and it's size. Very functional! However the faucet sprayer stopped working and will no longer switch from spray to stream, it's kind of stuck halfway between the two. I really expected this to work longer than 18 months!

Okay product
We bought the sink and faucet when we remodeled our kitchen. The sink itself has been great. The faucet nozzle has been replaced once due to it only staying in the spray mode and not being able to switch it back to regular flow. The second nozzle worked for awhile and now is doing the same thing. We haven’t called because last time we waited on hold for 45 minutes! We have 5 kids we really do not have time to wait this long. We have thought about replacing the whole faucet with something else to avoid further problems in the future. We haven’t even had the sink for 9 months, I think that is poor!

Poor water pressure
I bought this from Costco a month ago and installed it in a home I recently renovated to sell. I have a 30-50 psi pressure switch for the plumbing supply which is a very common set up. This faucet has a very weak stream even at the high end of pressure. All the other faucets in the house are perfectly fine. There are no obstructions in the cartridge or nozzle. The problem is in the design. For one thing the supply lines are very small reducing flow. I've installed hundreds of faucets and never had this problem. As far as durability goes I can't answer that because the house will be sold soon. The faucet and sink look great but I'm very disappointed with the faucet. I know it's not me because people that view the the home ask if the water pressures good in the house after running it. Thanks American Standard

Great features but drips and splatters
Bought this in Jan 2017 at Costco. You told another reviewer that the faucet issues had been resolved so we returned our 22 ga stainless that was still in box to Home Depot and bought yours at Costco. We are 70+ so a visiting family member installed. We cannot uninstall now and return. Issues: I've noticed rust stains (which my former 30 yr old stainless sink never got). Plus it doesn't stream but splatters all over and then drips..not a lot but enough that there is always water in the sink. My basic, cheap faucet did not drip. I like to keep my sinks dry but it's impossible. We can not longer place the occasional fork or spoon in the sink because of the drip and then a rust stain. I love the looks of the sink and the faucet, but cannot stand the drip and the splatter - and constant toweling of the sink every time I walk in the kitchen. I know Costco would refund without any questions, but we can't uninstall this. Very unhappy. Will be contacting American Standard as soon as I find my receipt.

Cheap Faucet
I bought this sink to replace another American Standard sink that we that lost it's finish. We love this sink, but the faucet sprays everywhere, which is very annoying. Within the first few months the stream option would not longer work. Love the sink , hate the faucet. We got a great deal on the sink at $189 at Costco, but if we have to buy another faucet, it negates the savings.

Poor Construction
I've had this product for just under two years. Had to replace the head after less than a year. It would no longer stay on the spray function and it clogged easily. Now the stem on the handle won't stay screwed in and the handle needs to be replaced. I do not recommend this product.

Inferior Quality Faucet
I bought this combo at Costco at what I thought was a great price for a quality brand. I was sorely mistaken. After 4 months the faucet would stick on spray and refused to go back to stream. I call customer service and they sent a new faucet head quickly. Replaced the head and lo and behold, 4 months later the same problem. I called customer service again and was given the option to choose another faucet from their line (none of which I liked) or they would reimburse half the cost to buy another AS faucet of my choice. None of these options appealed to me; why would I want another AS faucet? A hard lesson learned.

Quality is not great
I had to replace the spray nozzle 3 months after buying due to it getting stuck in the spray mode and not going back to the regular mode. The new nozzle does the same thing so I can never use the spray feature. I contacted the service department and was suppose to receive a new faucet but have never received anything. Not happy with the customer service.

Sink is nice. Faucet extremely poor.
I am a plumbers son and as it turns out I was helping a friend install this sink at his house and ended up buying the house. Within a month the faucer sprayer stopped returning to stream. I contacted AS and they sent me a replacement sprayer head. But informed me that unless I come up with a receipt they will not help after a year. Same thing a month later. Nice sink but absolutely the worst faucet. It buggs me ever day. I will never recommend another AS faucet again.

Very disappointed!
I purchased this sink combo at Costco and was very happy with purchase until about 60 days later the sprayer stopped working. It would not switch back and forth to sprayer and full water flow. I went back to Costco and was told I needed to return the sink and repurchase. I did this and within 30 days the same thing happened. I am not on my 3rd purchase, return and repurchase and still have a non-functioning sprayer. Is there anyway to replace this part with a functioning one where your customers dont have to keep returning the product back to the merchant?
