Description of the system

 

The American Standard lead generation system provides a mode of contact between a consumer or trade professional and one of our customers. One example is a consumer filling out a web form on either www.americanstandard.com or www.dxv.com. The information a user fills out is electronically transmitted to the customer location they select. It will always include basic contact information, but may also include details on a product, collection of special interest to the potential customer.

 

 

Lead Generation System Policy

 

 

• The American Standard & DXV lead generation system is voluntary and requires your active sign up to participate. Your business location(s) will only be added to the system if you sign up. You can sign up by following the link at the bottom of this document. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is successfully submitted.
  
  
• It is recommended that each lead be contacted as soon as possible, but all leads must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt. That contact can be via email, or telephone. If a lead is not contacted within 72 hours American Standard reserves the right to remove the location in question from the system for a period of one week. Further failures to contact these potential customers will result in removal from the lead generation system entirely.
  
  
• Leads that you receive through the American Standard lead generation system must stay on brand. The potential customer must be shown American Standard and DXV products. The customer should only be presented with competitor information if it is at their own request. Failure to nurture the lead toward the sale of American Standard & DXV products will result in removal from the lead generation system.

• Contact information for each lead will be transmitted electronically to the email address you specify on the sign up form. If the email address specified needs to be changed please contact your American Standard/DXV sales representative for assistance.
  
  
• Users of the system and customers like you may periodically receive a survey or direct questionnaire regarding a recent lead, please fill this out and return. These surveys and questionnaires are designed to gather information we need to improve, enhance and test the overall health of our lead generation system.
  
  
• The user information being transmitted to your business is governed by The American Standard and DXV privacy and legal policy available here: https://www.americanstandard-us.com/privacy-policy. All user information shared by American Standard/DXV with your business must follow these guidelines. You may not share, sell or otherwise misuse the information being transmitted to you. You are only permitted to use the data to facilitate contact with a person or business with the goal of purchasing an American Standard or DXV product.

We ask that your interactions with this potential customer maintain the level of professionalism and courtesy expected of all of our business partners.
