Under this agreement, ABG holds the exclusive rights to produce and distribute bathing products under the American Standard brand. ABG's deep expertise in the North American bathware industry — with approximately 50 facilities and over 20 brands — combined with American Standard's legacy of design excellence positions American Standard Bathing for continued growth and innovation.
