American Standard will accept for return merchandise purchased at Americanstandard-us.com, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
In the rare event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. To report the damage of a recent order, or, to report missing items from your order, please fill out this form.
In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot support order cancellations at this time. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
The following return conditions apply:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
An additional fee of $20 per order will be deducted from the refund amount for returns shipped from Alaska and Hawaii.
A fee of $6.99 per order to return products to our distribution center from contiguous and non-contiguous USA will be deducted from the total of the refund amount.
An additional large item freight fee will be deducted from the refund amount for authorized returns of the following items:
Bathtub, Shower wall & door returns, a freight fee of $100 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $150 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Toilet, Farm Sinks and Furniture returns, a freight fee of $40 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. For Alaska and Hawaii, a freight fee of $65 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
If your product arrives damaged or was shipped in our error, then we will issue a full refund including original shipping fees.
