A Modern Take on Traditional Farmhouse Sinks, Now in Stainless Steel from American Standard

ORLANDO, KITCHEN & BATH INDUSTRY SHOW (January 9, 2018) ― Highlighting a contemporary spin on a classic farmhouse design, the new Pekoe apron front kitchen sinks from American Standard offer smart features and timeless beauty that coordinate with modern appliances. Handcrafted from durable, 18-gauge stainless steel – which is naturally stain, heat and chip-resistant – these new Pekoe farmhouse sinks offer a generously-sized single basin to accommodate large pots and pans. 

Pekoe sinks feature brand-exclusive SoundSecure+ rubber padding on the bottom and sides of the sink, helping to prevent unwanted noise and vibration. The sinks’ unique StoneLock insulated undercoating will absorb sound and minimize condensation underneath the basin. Expertly designed 10 mm corners simplify cleaning, while channel grooves at the sink base provide improved drainage. A convenient stainless steel protective bottom grid is included for scratch prevention.

The stainless steel Pekoe apron front kitchen sinks are finished on three sides to provide installation flexibility. Their integrated support at the back of the sink enhances strength and durability. A coordinated strainer, installation instructions, and cutout template are included with each sink for convenience.

List prices range from $725 to $750. These new Pekoe apron front kitchen sinks will be available at kitchen and bath showrooms nationwide in April 2018.
