New Curved Tub Apron Provides More Bathing Room in Standard Footprint

The curved front apron creates a roomy space to bathe, while the tapered design and straight bottom edge allows for bathtub replacement in the space of any standard alcove tub. Optional matching wall surrounds with extensive storage space and a curved shower door offer a complete and comfortable bathing experience.

Installing the Saver tub is no different from any standard alcove bath, right down to the straight bottom edge that makes it easy to lay floor tiles around the tub.

Saver shower surrounds, sold separately, offer convenient, direct-to-stud installation – no backer board is required to hang them. The shower walls are constructed of durable polystyrene with a high-gloss surface, and include six extra-deep shelves for storing personal items. Plus, the shower surrounds include an integral tile and water retention flange that makes tile installation easier.

The Saver curved shower door, design matched to fit perfectly along the contour of the tub deck, is an optional enhancement. The shower door is constructed of one-quarter inch thick clear safety tempered glass with a silver finish along the edges. Homeowners can choose during installation which door panel will slide open and shut, and which will remain stationary, according to their liking. The shape of the Saver tub is also compatible with standard curved shower rods if a shower curtain is preferred.

The Saver bathtub itself is constructed of solid acrylic with fiberglass reinforcement, and features a scratch-resistant, high-gloss finish for lasting beauty. Plus, it includes an integral three-sided water retention and tiling flange. Designed to fit into a standard 5 feet by 30 inch alcove, the bathtub offers a floor to deck tub depth of 17 inches with a generous back rest for additional comfort. A textured tub bottom helps prevent slips and falls.
