Each of the fixtures and faucets in this new offering from American Standard, part of LIXIL, incorporates authentic architectural details to make it easy to create a fully-coordinated look. • An ideal focal point, the Town Square S freestanding soaking tub offers a three-sided design that allows it to be installed flat against a wall or placed in the center of the room.When installing the tub with a deck mounted tub filler, the installer can easily access the plumbing lines through a removable access panel located on the back.

• For added design flexibility, the Town Square S collection also offers a spacious integral apron bathtub in a choice of two remodel-friendly sizes that will fit a standard alcove. For easier installation, the tub includes an integral 3-sided tile flange to help contain the water and prevent seepage into the walls.

• Offered with a choice of a single faucet hole or 8-inch centers, the Town Square S pedestal top can be installed on a pedestal leg or a metal console while the vanity top can be installed on a wood washstand with towel bar or in a countertop by others. The metal console and wood washstand are both offered in a choice of two finishes to suit almost any bath decor.

• The stately, two-piece Town Square S high-efficiency elongated toilet meets stringent WaterSense-certification requirements by using 20 percent less water on each flush than standard 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) toilets. It achieves the highest 1,000 Maximum Performance (MaP) score. An easy install kit streamlines installation.

• The Town Square S integral apron tub, sinks and toilet are offered in a choice of white or linen to complement a variety of bathroom color palettes. The Town Square S freestanding tub is available in white.

Designed to reduce installation while improving the experience, Town Square S monoblock faucets incorporate easy-to-use, push pop-up drains with fewer parts than a standard drain.

The WaterSense-certified bathroom sink faucets incorporate pressure-compensating aerators to deliver a powerful water flow that uses only 1.2 gallons of water per minute (gpm), saving 45 percent more water than standard models. All faucet styles are available in a choice of four attractive, long-lasting finishes: polished chrome, polished nickel, brushed nickel and legacy bronze.
