American Standard will accept for return merchandise purchased at, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Clearance Items

All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

Damaged or missing items

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call American Standard (800-442-1902)

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order is not preparing to ship or has already shipped.

Please call us toll-free at AS (800-442-1902) Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.


All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A large item freight fee will be deducted from the refund amount for authorized returns of the following items:

  • Bathtub returns, a freight fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Toilet returns, a freight fee of $40 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your product arrives damaged or was shipped in our error, then we will issue a full refund including original shipping fees.
