Please note:
Order processing may take up to 2 business days. After it ships, your order will be delivered within the specified timeframe. We cannot ship to PR, US territories or internationally at this time Shipping options may vary based on the delivery address We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Please inspect all deliveries and if there are any problems/damages noted with the product at the time of delivery, please report this to us by filling out this form. Damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Small Package Carrier or LTL (Less Than Truck Load) Carrier delivery will occur during normal business hours Mon-Fri. We do not require a signature for this type of delivery.
Shipping Large Items: If you are ordering large items (tub, multiple toilets/sinks, etc), your order will be shipped via truck, instead of a small package carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and window, once the product is with the local delivery terminal. All deliveries will include a lift gate, so the carrier will be able to take the product off the truck and place it outside your home (driveway, front door) or in a ground-level garage.
