4 Easy DIY Bath Recipes To Help You Relax

There’s nothing more relaxing than coming home after a long day and treating yourself to a soothing bath. Muscle Relaxing Epson Salt Bath

  • 1 Cup of Epson Salt
  • 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 5 drops of Chamomile Oil

Start a hot bath and add the Epson salt to the hot bath. Wait about 5-10 minutes till the Epson Salt dissolves fully in the tub and the water gets to room temperature. Add in the essential oils once you are ready to get into the tub.

 
Revitalizing Green Tea Bath

  • 1 Cup of Epson Salt
  • 1 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 3-4 Bags of Green Tea

Start a hot bath and add in the Epson Salt, Baking Soda, and Green Tea Bags. Wait about 5-10 minutes before getting in the tub to let the Green Tea Bags steep into the water and to let the Epson Salt dissolve fully. Once the water is room temperature or your desired temperature, you can get into the tub


Replenishing Milk Bath

  • 1 Cup of Water (for boiling)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Honey
  • 1 Cup of Whole Milk

Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat, and add in the Honey, Milk, and salt and let it heat for about 5-10 minutes, or until everything is fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into a separate bowl and let it cool for about 10-15 minutes or until it is at room temperature. Start a warm bath and then add the mixture to the bath. Mix it in the bath before you get in the tub.


Cold/Flu Relieving Ginger Detox Bath

  • 1 Cup of Epson Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 4 Tablespoons of Fresh Grated Ginger or Powdered Ginger

Start a hot bath and pour in the Epson salt, baking soda, and ginger into the water. Wait about 5-10 minutes for everything to dissolve and for the water to get to your desired temperature before getting into the tub
