Rated 2 out of 5 by from American Standard Stainless sink grid I have the #8193 for the large sink, and was so happy to order a stainless grid. To my surprise, it rusted immediately, and was coated with a clear plastic coating, which started to chip off. I reported this to American Standard, and they sent a replacement, which did the same thing, rusted immediately, and even wobbled. I am totally disappointed in this item. I have had 'stainless' items for years and years, never to ever see any rust on them, so I think they are using metal, not stainless! but we are paying for stainless!!
