MyCentralJersey.com: American Standard helps Catholic Charities expand housing for homeless

Piscataway-headquartered American Standard provided more than $100,000 in building supplies, materials and funds, plus 43 employee volunteers to renovate the Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen's Naomi's Way permanent housing for 12 homeless families or individuals.

The employees, including CEO Steve Delarge, donated more than 330 hours to help paint the 12 units and common areas. American Standard spokeswoman Jeanette Long said the impact was incredibly rewarding.
