Jill Albanese Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of LIXIL Water Technology Americas

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (October 11, 2016) ― Jill Albanese has been named chief human resources officer for LIXIL Water Technology Americas, the business unit under which brands American Standard, DXV and GROHE operate. 

“Jill stepped in to serve as the interim chief human resources officer in May, and has proven herself to be a strong and effective leader for our HR organization,” said Steven Delarge, chief executive officer and president of LIXIL Water Technology Americas. “Under her direction, the HR team has introduced a number of key programs aligned to our corporate strategy and values, which have strengthened relationships and improved synergies with the global LIXIL organization. We could not be more pleased to provide Jill with this well-deserved promotion.”

Albanese brings over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources to this position. She joined the Company in January 2014 as senior director of talent, rewards and culture, with responsibility for design and execution of processes for performance and talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, compensation, and benefits. Albanese also worked to deliver relevant metrics and analytics to help inform business and talent decisions, as well as providing leadership in HR system advancements.

Prior to joining American Standard, Albanese served as workforce analytics leader at Merck, where her function focused on driving data based talent and organizational decision-making across the company, and supported numerous business and HR transformation initiatives. Before this, she held various HR leadership positions at Novartis and Prudential Financial. 

Albanese holds a Master’s degree in human resource management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Duke University.
